Need a little encouragement

How long did it take you to lose weight? I feel like I'm losing so slowly. I'm eating the best that I ever have. I'm exercising, not drinking, etc. I just feel like I'm not dropping weight, inches, anything. Maybe I'm impatient. That's probably it. I just don't get why I was smaller about 6 months ago when I was eating out every night and drinking like it was my job... so.... annoying.

    I hear ya.. I have totally hit a road bump as far as losing more weight. I always start out losing 20lbs and then it stops.. Even when I excercise and eat good but I am happy being healthy for the workouts. Its just our bodies and they are fighting against us. Mine being slow metabolism. I also use working out as a way to relieve stress which works out great. Wish u the best of luck.
  • I don't have boy parts, so this statement may testify to my ignorance of the male body- but are you fat or are you gaining muscle? I know testosterone helps build the male body up much quicker, especially so when the fuel provided is higher quality. Like I said, I don't know, but I would pay more attention to body fat composition than anything else. When I stall and it is not my body reducing inches but a real halt to my intention I change up the diet and carb or calorie cycle for a week or two, take an extended break from cardio and just do strength. Mix it up, maybe that might help!
