To start over or continue?

I'm nearly half way through stage 3 for NROLFW. However I've not been doing well with food (long story) but that will change. I'm going to be moving into my own place so I'll be in better control, I'm going to retake measurements, photos, weight and go from there.

My question is, should I continue going in NROLFW or should I start again from stage 1, properly following food?
