Morning workout/Evening workout question --

I attended a 45 minute class that incorporated free weights in the workout last night. I worked out this morning at 6:00 am. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0 with hill intervals. I have about 45-60 minutes this evening to workout...what would suggest that I do this evenign for my workout? I have access to the gym at work which includes free weights, weight machines, treadmills and elipticals. Keep in mind that I also will be attending a class tomorrow morning that is similar to the one I mentioned above.
