Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No but close (again)

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 2 mile walk and yoga

What would I have done differently? Not eat my exercise calories and then some...

What is today's personal goals? Work out and stay within my calories

exercise weekly progress - 4/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

    What would I have done differently? Ate more calories as I was way under

    What is today's personal goals? Have a steady workout routine for the week and stick within my count

    exercise weekly progress - 5/7 days at least 1 hour or 45 minutes each session

    What would I have done differently? Yesterday? Not talk to anyone and stayed in bed - it was just 'one' of those days.:ohwell:

    What is today's personal goals? To exercise more :smile:

    What is today's personal goals? Work out and stay within my calories, finish Sunday School organization

    Interesting week! Hubby in the hospital Mon & Tues for hand surgery, Doggie in the Hospital Wed for falling thru the ice. Everyone is home and getting better - now to get back on track.

    Friday weigh in 140 - up 3 lbs! :frown:
