First of all I would like to say this is a great application for a healthy solution towards weight loss and nutrition. From there I would also like to say is that I really don't think I'm using this application very good as well. To be honest I got this app about a few months ago and did well for about a week and just lost track at times and just didn't even bother using this anymore. I want to get back into using this application so I can get back into it but I want to use this application fully by utilizing the friend request so I can be more motivated and actually become a significant story like most of everybody here. I feel really guilty for downloading this application and just basically putting it to the side showing no respect for the creator and for myself. I would like to start over and get another chane by what I should've done and introduce myself
Hel everybody I'm 28 year old male 5 6 in height and about 206lb. I work at a hospital where I do a lot of heavy patient lifting and suffer from some lower back pains. I eat pretty bad at work most of the time because lunch is only 30min at work and I don't really setup my lunch at home because I never got into that habit yet because I usually head to Jack in the box or just eat something heavy I bring to work from the dinner I ate the day before. This is probably a typical story in these forums but I just think its a unhealthy way to keep as a day to day routine. I really think the weight really plays a role on my back as well. Anyways I just wanted to say hi and meet people here can send a friend request to either to start a new journey or just give examples or see new methods of really using this application. Thanks!
Update: whoops I'm 29 now just turned 29 on sat. Lol

Good Luck! I need encouragement too I have had this app for a while and I need to "get with it". It is easy to fall off the wagon and you can't expect to be perfect all the time...just be sure to pick it back up and do the best you can after a cheat day. That is what I am going to do anyway. Best of luck to you! Anyone can add me as well.0
