Hi,

Needing some advice folks...................

I did my fat to fit ratio and it says my goal body weight should be 4lbs more than what I have it set on MFP, should I change it here to match what the fat 2 fit website calculated?

Any thoughts would be greatfully recieved

Thanks Gemma

what did it say in full ?

"You currently weigh 178 pounds with a body fat percentage of 24%. You would like to have a body fat percentage of 15%.

Based on this information, your goal body weight should be:

    159 pounds"

for me. The outcome will depend on the % fat you set as well as the starting point - it just assumes you keep the same fat-free mass.

You currently weigh 172 pounds with a body fat percentage of 27.3%. You would like to have a body fat percentage of 21%.
Based on this information, your goal body weight should be:
    158 pounds

so your 154 pounds target on here is just a lower % fat than you told F2F

Now : 172 lbs, 27.3% fat (sounds low to me), so 47 lbs fat, 125 lbs lean.

MFP goal: 154 lbs total, 125 lbs lean = 81.1% lean therefore 18.9% fat.

So the difference is your more aggressive target for % fat with your MFP target.
