NOTE: This is designed for women, there is a similar version for men.

Wait since when is there a difference in men and women when it comes to exercise?

Since people started wanting to make money by selling supposed gender specific training routines for a non gender specific activity.

OP, don;t lift every day. You would be best served lifting in a manner that matches your training ability. Right now that would be a 3 day full body routine just like the one you are doing. Later on down the road if you progress you could switch to 4 day upper\lower or push\pull or run PHAT or run a 4 day 5/3/1 template or run Texas Method and split the volume day in to 2 days....

and if you advance beyond that (although 5/3/1 could last forever really) and\or prefer bodybuilding over power lifting, you could switch to a 5 day body part split. in like, 5 years.

To quote the great Mark Rippetoe: "you don't get stronger from lifting weights. You get stronger from RECOVERING from lifting weights."
Yep. If you overtrain, your performance will decrease due to lack in recovery which will greatly limit growth. You can also throw the endocrine system out of whack and risk injury through excessive physical stress.

I'd stick with something basic like starting strength, 5x5, or 5/3/1.

Any more than 4x per week is just overkill. It's hard to recover from heavy sessions.

men and women can pretty much lift the same. californiagirl spams with a routine that she endorses..........ignore it.
