Heya guys,
Just wondering about other alternatives to getting your daily iron. I'm a uni student, so I don't always have the money to buy steak.

A supplement is probably the lowest cost route - cents per day. Or eat liver rather than steak.

Bah, he beat me to it. Liver is an awesome source, and is much MUCH cheaper than steak. A lot of people don't like it, but I love it, when I actually have the time to make it. However, as the quoted post said, supplements are cheaper still, if you are that tight on cash.0
