Ok, I know this a real estimate because I have no record of my heart rate throughout the workout. However, I'm trying to eat closer to my TDEE in an effort to get weight loss going again and get leaner, stronger etc... all those good things!!!!
I'm 5ft 4
About 148-150lbs (Not weighing at the moment)
Age 25
So here's the workout. It was about an hour.
4 min jog @8.5 km and 1 min @12.5km
15kg Barbell 3x12 squats
3x12 lunges each leg
3x10 upright rows
3x12 cleans (I think that's what they're called- you deadlift then push bar up into a shoulder press)
5km jog @8.5km
3x12 woodchopper on machine with 12.5kg (for my sides)
3x12 side dips with 8kg kettlebell
3x12 leg press with 60kg
30 single leg extensions (core)
30 secs plank
30 secs side plank each side
20 crunches
5 min jog/walk for cool down

I'd would record it as 1 calorie, then proceed to consume 40+ grams of protein.0

200 calories +/- 50? Enter in 60 mins under strength training and see what that gives you, should be somewhat close.0

I just realized I for got the rule. so it would be 42... exactly 42.0

Just for the record, initially this made me laugh!
Briefly.
But, I stated in my initial post that I knew this was pretty impossible to gauge but I was curious. I've been undereating for a long time so am not used to fuelling my body properly after a workout.
And yes. I did eat a truck load of protein afterwards if that pleases you!0 -
