BUFFALO CHICKEN CUPCAKES- my specialty!

This is a recipe for my own, simple, "Buffalo Chicken Cupcake." (Don't be turned off by the name, it's not really a cupcake haha)

1 CAN of Tyson Chicken breast
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese- I use weight watchers or reduced fat.
1/2 bar of low fat cream cheese- I prefer the bar, but you can use half a container of weight watchers cream cheese as well.
Franks Red Hot sauce- your preference of how much or how little.
Wonton wrappers


Melt cream cheese in bowl, add chicken, cheese and franks red hot sauce. Mix well. Place Wonton wrappers in muffin pan, portion mix into wrappers, add another wrapper on top, and top with a dash of shredded cheese (optional). Bake on 400 for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
