im considering switching one meal a day to this......
i heard one person saying that you lose nutrients in the blender which doesnt make any damn sense at all.... i would think you save more nutrients in blending

Maybe the person was confused with enzymes. When you blend or juice fruits and veggies, the enzymes contained in the cell walls of the plant are exposed to oxygen and react (or in other terms are lost).0
