Hello All

Been doing MFP for a about 2 years maybe a bit less...have trouble sticking too it (both the healthy eating and tracking)

Been doing HIIT type training for about 4 years, and cross fit for the last few months (not nearly as often as I'd like)...looking to try to really commit!!!

Looking for any motivation I can find! Good luck to the rest as well, keep sticking with it!
