I would like some friends to help keep me motivated and accountable. And I would like to help others as well. I am 47, female, and a Grandma (Greatest thing EVER). I need to get in shape (No round is NOT a shape!LOL) so I can play with the grandkids and just so I don't feel so darn old and dumpy. What's wrong with being a sexy granny?

    I'm up for new friends! :) Any time you need a boost just let me know! There are ups and downs to this whole thing but it's so incredibly worth it! Once you start eating better and working out regularly you'll feel happier and the grumpy will go away. Sexy grannies are awesome! Whoo hoo! (I'm seeing that I might be a little too chipper for first thing in the morning...)
