new to the site, need some motivations plzz

hey im new to the site...trying to lose those pounds from pregnancy....after delivery my little sweety...i started eating alot gaining about 30 pounds...currently weighing 180 lbs and my goal is to be alteast 135 lbs...its hard to lose all this weight without anyone pushing you to do so...my husband won't tell me anything about my weight or if i need to lose anything...but im very self conscious about my weight...i wish i can fit into my old jeans and clothes again...its hard going to the mall and trying clothes on and then you realize how big you really look.

    Don't worry it is possible to lose the weight and there is so many people on MFP that would be ready to motivate you. Including me!

    Since you just had a kid, I'd almost recommend going for little walks/ jogs with the stroller whenever you can. Get your husband on board because having to cook a "normal" meal for him and then eating something "diet-y" for yourself will just make it more likely that you'll cave under the pressure.
