4 for 5 challenge *always open* week 4, Jan 25

Ok, this is a thread I was part of on My food diary a couple of years back. I can't pay for mfd right now, and I like mfp, so I thought I'd start it here.
Here's the deal: there are five goals:
1. log all food and drink
2. stay within calories
3. exercise 30 minutes
4. drink your water
5. do something for your mind. this can be spiritual, or just relaxing at home with your kiddos. whatever improves your spirit or mind.
6. you can have your own optional goal of your choosing, like an extra 15 min of exercise or something, but this does not count toward grace days.
The challenge starts every monday, please check in by sunday night for the next week. Every night, log onto the thread to report what you did that day. If you met at least 4 out of the 5 goals, you are still in the challenge. If you meet all five goals for three consecutive days, you earn a grace day to use when you flub. Each challenge member is responsible for keeping track of their own grace days. Grace days can be banked as well. If you are really on top of things, it is possible to earn two grace days a week.
If you mess up a day and don't have any grace days, just join us again on the next sunday night, but keep in touch on the thread.

I wasn't happy with my weigh in yesterday so I stepped on the scale again this morning and I have lost a lb.:happy: Not going to log it in until Thursday when I weigh in I know it is on Friday but won't be able to on Friday. :flowerforyou: Good luck on everyone's weight loss. 30 minutes on treadmill & 45 minute kickboxing class

Took a nice, long nap
Chocolickkyss: 5/5 and I have earned my 2nd pass (grace day) for the week and my 6th overall.
Also, I checked my food diary for yesterday and I drank 10 glasses of water not 12 like I stated in Friday's totals.0 -

1 and a half hours cleaning horse stalls ( thats my exersise for today)
spent time with Daughter and bought Grandson home with me for the night0 -

Exercised to Jillian and she almost killed me.
Had time to myself while sleeping and enjoying staying out of the freezing rain
Drank 4 quarts of water

had fun setting up our new TV and entertainment center
Didn't exercise needed a day off after Jillian beat me up. :laugh:0 -
I don't know how today is going to go because the MINNESOTA VIKINGS are in the PLAYOFF'S and we are going eat unhealthy. I'm sure this will help them make it to the SUPER BOWL :laugh:0

i am having a horrible week logging and exercise wise. hubs went out of town so i'm a single mommy. couple that with 18 hours of school and almost full time work, and a sick kiddo (just a yucky cough) and my routine went out the window completely.
I will do my best to keep the thread updated each week, but i make no guarantees as to my logging and so on. I will do my best, but i'm struggling. time management has never been my strong suit.0
