Hello! In need of motivation for a new start

Hi,

I am 20 years old, 5'4" and 156 lbs. I am at my heaviest in a very stressful time in my life - junior year of college with one too many activities. I am proud of curves, but I feel unhealthy and weak. I want to be toned and feel strong, I just have trouble keeping up with a new diet plan once I get started. I most definitely overeat, no questions asked. Any tips or healthy snack options would be greatly appreciate.

I would love to lose 20 pounds in 4-6 months. I have made a lot of other positive changes in my life recently including getting my foot in the door at a chance at my dream job. Here's to making a positive change.
