Hi!
I really hope I haven't posted this in the wrong category, I'm sorry!
I started level one of 30 Day Shred today and I was wondering how I should log the calories I burnt from exercising...
So far, I've listed it as:
- Aerobics, high impact (12 mins)
- Sit-ups, vigorous (6 mins)
- Calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups), vigorous effort (12 mins)
Altogether, that adds up to a total of 201 calories... does that sound accurate?
Many thanks!

Either - Calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups), vigorous effort or -Circuit training (general) is what most people use I believe0

Yes, I put it down as circuit training, general. Similar figures, 20 minutes, 172 calories burnt. Hope this helps0
-
I think you should simply use the "circuit training".0
