Amt of carbs/protein per meal

I'm new to eating healthy and I'm having a hard time finding sources of protein since I don't like meat. When I put my meals into MFP with beans and rice, carbs are 80 and the protein is only 18. Is this okay for my lunch since it's early or should I not have such a drastic difference in carbs and protein per meal? Thanks for any help! Any suggestions for protein are welcome, besides meat or fish...
