2lbs a week when you are already in a healthy BMI range is a bit much too ask!! Also, calculate your body fat % and make sure that you actually can go that low. Around 15-20% for a woman is still good. There's no point if you're trying to reduce it below that...
My body fat is currently 23%.

also, you're really young. you shouldn't be restricting your calories. you're still growing.
here's my suggestion... figure out your BMR/TDEE. try to eat to that number everyday without going over. add as much cardio as you can. do it as many days a week as you can. if you're going to lose weight, let it be exercise weight loss and not by depriving yourself. if you can burn 500 calories a day, that's 1 lb per week. it won't get you where you want to be, but it will get you from 130 to 124. running, jogging, or walking can all do that for you.0
