can only recommend any good ones for the upper harms and thighs/bum? iv got no equipment or much time! thanks!

    i like 30 Day Shred for all around conditioning (Jillian Michaels). Combines upper and lower body moves. All you would need to get is probably some hand weights. Lots of squats, planks, lunges, etc. combined with bicep curls, upright rows, pushups, shoulder presses & raises, etc.
