Getting Kale In

I finally found the courage to add kale to my breakfast smoothie this morning. It was the tiniest bit noticeable in the first couple of sips and then not at all. I'm going to add it everyday now. I am trying to eat kale everyday, and the more times raw the better. If anyone has any great kale recipes to share, I would love that!
My favourite one is:
Orange-Chili Sautéed Kale (serves 2)

1/2 pound (small bunch) green curly kale
; 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
...pinch of crushed red chili flakes
juice & zest of one orange;
1 tbsp olive oil
pinch of sea salt.

Directions:
1. Remove stems and rough stalks from kale. Cut or tear leaves in to thin (1/2 ") strips

2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic zest and chili flakes and sauté one minute.

3. Add kale leaves, orange juice and pinch of sea salt. Toss leaves in oil mixture to coat.

4. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring often.
