Training regime

Hey guys,

I was doing stronglifts but I managed to put my back out (not through form more probably to do with other factors and I just made it worse) I got some really good results though so I'm more looking for freeweight workouts than anything else. Does anyone have a 3 day a week workout they wouldn't mind sharing? I'm looking to gain muscle through a bulk (not TOO fast) while shredding away any fat I have. I was eating about 3000 a day and sticking to the program previously so I know all that side of things I just need something that will give me some results before New Year (like an 8 week plan or something?!)

Would like something to batter my abs as well, I had some looser skin on my stomach and it's appearance was a million times better when I was doing ab work along with heavy lifting (squats = amazeballs)

    i dunno why you don't do stronglifts again, but others would be starting strength, reg park's beginner 5x5, greyskull LP, or the one linked below which is more for size gain than pure strength like the rest. Any "8 week" or "12 week" routine is not going to be the best way to train.
