In the lunch room just now, while I was getting my coffee, a co-worker (who I don't work with that closely) said "Hi". I replied "Hi". Then he said "I had to do a double take just now to see who it was". And I said "oh, must be the height" (I am wearing high heeled boots). He said "No, you've lost weight. You look great."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the main thing is that I'm just becoming braver in my clothing choices. I am comfortable now and can wear form-fitting clothes. And yeah, my body isn't perfect (still about 15 lbs to go and I have had two kids) but I am more confident and wearing nicer stuff - makes a huge difference.
