A belated hello.

Well, I've used MyFitnessPal for a while now, and helped me reach my target weight. Naturally, now I decide to stop being invisible and participate here...so, hello everyone! After being focused only on myself up until now, I'm interested helping others, getting food ideas, and just seeing what everyone else is doing now that I realize there's a community out there doing what I've been doing. So...if you add me as a friend, I promise to drop the occasional witty, sarcastic, or encouraging comment sure to make you say "uh, who was that guy again?" Or, maybe I'll make the perfect suggestion at the perfect time of the perfect day. Plus, if I get some friends, I'll get to see someone besides myself in that News Feed I keep stumbling across!

  • Greetings - so how long did it take you to reach goal? Based on the date you joined looks like a year? How much did you have to loose? Did you ever go over your caloric intake for the day? How often did you exercise? Thanks for sharing!
