Re Do!!

Good morning everyone,

I started to really start focusing on gettinghealthy and exercising about 8 months ago, and had early success. I was doing well on my diet, in the gym 3-5 time weekly, and was ebjoying it! I hurt my neck at the beach and it kept from working ou the way I was used to, and used that as an excuse to not work out. I have gained some weight back, and its frustrating, but, its always a good time to get going again. Starting next week I will begin the process of quitting smoking...again...and abck to the gym, and back on the diet. It will be a challenge with part time school and full time work, but a challenge well worth taking on.
