When I joined mfp 3mths ago I was 14stone/196lbs

Now im slightly over 12stone/169lbs

Goal weight 10stone/140lbs

Scary huh, Ive been eating healthier but not as clean as id like to, have been exercising rigorously until the last few weeks for personal reasons but will start to exercise again asap

The only thing ive been trying to cut down on was takeouts and beer and increased exercising substancially

    Well done! You know, I've been doing exactly the same, 3 months, from 14 stone to 168lbs!!! :)

    Bought brand new jeans about 3wks ago... They were the only pair that fit me properly and it was embarassing raking through the rails trying to find a pair to fit me and the pair I ended up buying was the biggest in store and far from cheap (they used to stock bigger sizes I swear)
    Well today I forgot to put a belt on and the jeans which were tight fitting 3wks ago are now very loose...

    Wow! That is awesome! I was 196 in July and it is taking me forever to get to the 160s ( I am currently 187). What does your eating and workout regimen look like? I would love some tips :-D

    Nothing fancy... Eating 1300-1400 cals + half my exercise calories, kickboxing twice a week and gym once a week
    Protein shake on days I was exercising

    Quit the pub & quit the takeaways
    Still had the occasional beer but counted it as cals, ate more salad, ate more frequently, ate more fruit
    Tried to eat clean but kept my cheats (junk) to a minimum.
    Drinking a lot of water
