i have been struggling with weight gain for 6 years now, and currently have gained 13 out of the 25 i had lost over the summer.

I am on a gluten free diet, but i am hearing that you gain more weight if your on a gluten free diet.

i sometimes have a hard time contrlling the amount i eat during the day or during meals.


I exercise sometimes, but i also dont always get the energy to do it.


Any suggestions?
