    The Loser mantra..... Put this on your bathroom mirror, in your car, on the refrigerator, and tape it to your computer at work... say it everyday without fail... and say it often. Give it some ATTITUDE like you ain't playin!

    I am looking for Progress...not perfection! It's not about the number as much as it is about the effort. Every little loss is a huge gain in my confidence and motivation. I don't lose weight because I am not looking for something I lost.... instead I shred weight and remove it for good! I refuse to talk about it...I will BE about it and BRING IT EVERYDAY!
