Hey!
Now that I've lost 100lbs I think I'm kinda qualified to talk about motivation haha. One of the things that I found helpful when I was losing weight was thinking about the things that MIGHT happen if I DIDN'T lose weight, ie the nasty things such as the things here:

I don't know how many of you know all that much about my story, but one of the things that woke me up majorly was the fact that my health was suffering- and I just knew that something had to change.
Find something worth fighting for, and keep that in your mind whilst slimming!!

When I am running regularly and keeping active I can go up stairs without having to breath as heavily, but even after just a couple of weeks of no/ little cardio I can feel myself running out of breath and taking longer to catch my breath again! Its crazy just how much the little things matter! I am so happy I am making a change to better myself for now and the future!0
