Small victory

I know this is not a usual success story, but for me it is a huge success. I have been jogging for the last two months around the field at my daughters school twice a week. This is a huge field and at first it was so hard for me to run two laps without rest. When I ran two laps I swear I felt like I was going to die. It would take me an hour to recover. But yesterday exactly two months to the day, I ran six laps and I was a little winded, but I was good. That was that best feeling knowing yeah I did it and I could possibly go one more lap if I pushed. So it took me two months to build my stamina and increase my speed. In the beginning it took me 20 minutes to run the full two laps (yes I know I was really really slow) now I can run 6 laps in 20 minutes and feel great. This is my victory and I'm loving it .
