Hi all,

I have started MFP more times then I can count, I also have joined WW at least 10 times. I think if I have friends and support I will be able to stay with it. Please add me if you are looking for supportive encouraging friends!

    I get it. I totally get it. I will try to support you as best as I can. It's very hard to keep momentum going for me. I lose a little, feel a little better about myself and life, my knees ache a little less, then BAM! I'm having a cookie and all hell breaks loose. Log on everyday. Your friends will check up on you, give encourgament and suggestions. Is your diary open for friends to view? That is helpful. ALso, I am a big believer in water, water, water.
