Plateau.

I'm past the point of being disappointed, and I'm slowly slipping away from this. I even cheated and just logged quick calories for yesterday instead of actually seeing what I ate. I know it isn't all about the scale, but that is what I ALWAYS focus on, and when it hasn't moved in over a month, I'm going crazy. My motivation is almost non existent. The only exercise I have been doing is walking/jogging. I feel like why bother if it isn't helping anyways? Ok, I'm done being a baby.

You logging everything? how is your deficit maybe zig zag it some by going up or down for a couple of days, don't give up cause you will lose the 32lbs of progress that you made! Look at some old pictures as motivation. Maybe start a C25K program to give your walking/jogging a purpose if you are getting bored by it.0

It's ok, it happens and is part of the process.
Find a new way of motivation and change up your diet/routine to kick start your weight loss again. Once you start seeing the scale move in the right direction again it will be easier.0 -
I am with you and going through the same thing right now. I know it's frustrating!0

I'm no expert but, to me when you've been on a Plateau for awhile...it's time for change. Your body gets used to the daily routine. Step it up, change the food, something to shock your body a little...try zumba maybe0
