Zumba friends....

My instructor just advised us last night that the new 'game' for the Wii or Xbox Kinect ...called Zumba Core is amazing! She, of course, is in fantastic shape yet she said after 19 minutes of this she was soooo sore...very effective.
Just thought I'd share, it's now on my Christmas list ( or maybe I deserve a present for Halloween )

I checked it out on Amazon after you mentioned it to me the other day! Think I might get it! its only $36!! As silly as I think I might feel, the reviews look great and your GLOWING recommendation is priceless! There are just some nights I can't get to class.....this may become my new alternative when my schedule doesn't cooperate! Thanks for the info!

I've never tried Zumba but I saw it at Target and wondered if it was any good!! I may have to cave and try it out!!!
