Jane fonda and morning exercises for firedepartment

Every night around 6 pm I do about 30-15 minutes of the start of Jane Fonda's abs, buns and thighs. Michelle's and Jane's parts. Sometimes I take the last bit of it when I'm finishing it. I did 3 minutes of pullups(13 pullups) today and 10 minutes of biking. I sometimes do 20 minutes of the tredmill. I lost 4 cm of my buttocks because of Jane fonda, and it was only in 4 days to a week. :) Anyone know her tapes can tell me how much they lost everyday. ^_^
