Do you use creatine? If so, what kind? What do you like about it?
Do you see much water weight gain?

If not, why not?

    Yes.
    - GNC Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate and...
    - GNC Pro Performance Hybrid Creatine Complex (alternate days)
    - It makes me more awesome, which is nearly impossible.

    Now, wash my truck.

Creatine is awesome.. I use Prosource brand creatine monohydrate. They use "Creapure" which is 100% pure german grade creatine. It is really the only type of creatine anyone should use. Prosource.net is the website.. I've been ordering from them for 10 years.. Best service and lowest prices on all supplements. I sound like a spokesperson for them lol.

Just be sure to get creatine monohydrate. It's the only form that has an enormous amount of scientific review to assert it's benefits as opposed to other newer products. I usually just blend it with my pre-workout protein shake.

You will gain some water weight that is proportional to your muscle mass. If you're a girl and 5'6 with your avatar being your mid section, you'll probably gain 1-3 lbs water weight. At 5'7, 187, 12% I gain about 8 lbs. I take 5-20g daily and only cycle if I go on vacation and don't lift at all. The stuff works, it's cheap. Just make sure you get a Creapure brand.

Here's an article with lots of links to other articles: http://nicktumminello.com/2012/06/creatine-side-effects-the-truth-about-creatine-bloating-creatine-diarrhea-other-dangers-of-creatine/

Just get the cheapest pue form you can. Its good stuff some poeple say the gain is pointless but for me i think the more weight you push the more gains you can make. Just remember with supplements if its not almost all one supplements its gona be the label you pay for

Pure protein, caffeine etc the rest is just marketing crap
