Has anyone tried that 9lbs in 11days diet that is always on the internet? Just curious what anyone thinks about that.

    Generally, I wouldn't bother. Those are grab you and get your money gimmics...they rarely work, and if they did they wouldn't have to advertise so aggressively!
    Plus...9 pounds in 11 days is not a safe weightloss...and not likely to stay off!

    not to mention its just water weight...well most of it. people only do that if they need to fit into a dress or something temporarily.
