What are you listening to?

I'm recently getting back into running after YEARS of almost NO exercise and I'm just wondering what are you listening to during your run? My goal is start at 1/2 mile (starting small, I know) and eventually work my way back up to my 8 minute (or under) mile, which I used to run for soccer back in high school.

Would love to get your feedback in reference to the whole music thing, also I'm up for any advice on getting back into the running shing ding. Thanks!
