Hi there! I had my first daughter 9/20/11 and gained 55 lbs with her. I was already overweight before I got pregnant (200 lbs) and before I could lose any of that baby weight (I think I literally lost 11 lbs lol), my husband and I got pregnant again! So my 2nd daughter was born 9/6/12.
My after birth weight was 258.. I'm currently at 231! Eating better has been a little bit of a challenge but I recently did a detox so it's made eating better a lot easier. I'm also currently on day 7 of 30 day shred and already seeing some results as far as inches lost goes.
Any other tips for me and/or words of encouragement are appreciated
