Hello...I have been doing the 17 day diet and was introduced to this site yesterday and I absolutely love it. I was wondering if there is a 17 day diet support group here.

    Go to the Groups tab above ^^ You may have more luck getting support there...I'm sure there's a group for that. Just type it in the search box under groups.

    I am also currently on the 17 day diet, about half way through cycle 2. I really like it but didn't lose as much weight as expected in the first cycle. I really like the diet because its very easy for me and easy to come up with meals that aren't crazy weight loss recipes. I have been trying a lot of different recipe favorites but make with ground chicken or turkey instead.
