Small NSV

I just wanted to share a little victory that made me feel good. I stopped home, literally for a min & my boyfriend was talking to the neighbor & her son, neighbor gave me cupcake as I turned to leave. I didn't have the time to explain that I was dieting, just thanked her and took it.....and gave it away!!! Today is not a treat day (I've decided to call it a "treat day" rather than a "cheat day" cause it's supposed to be a lifestyle change & how do you cheat on life) and even if I have enough calories for it I didn't want to have to go back later & ask the brand & flavor of cake mix, frosting, & sprinkles. I know it's not a huge thing, but I'm proud of me cause sugar is a trigger & if I had eaten it I wouldn't have been satisfied & would have ended up going home tonight and making cookies or something. The other thing that makes this a NSV....it really wasn't that hard to give it away!
