Hey I hear alot of people on this site talk about starting finishing or quitting a 30 day shred
But can anyone enlighten me on what this programme in detail.

30 days, three levels, a mix of cardio and some light weight work - a nice introduction to getting more active but as pinkkeith says, very soon you will want to do what you like to do yourself. Have a look - you may enjoy it0
