Need Tips for Breaking a Plateau

I've been officially stuck for 6-7 months now, and I'm ready to throw in the towel from utter frustration

I lost 25 lbs earlier this year and I have been hovering around the 140 lb mark ever since (I'm 5'6"). I really want to lose another 5-10 lbs. I'm currently in stage 3 of the New Rules of LIfting for Women:heart: . I know that with lifting I shouldn't necessarily expect to see changes via the scale, but my measurements aren't changing either... so what gives? If I was losing inches I could be perfectly content with the scale not moving. I've tried both upping my calories to 2100 and decreasing my calories to 1600 and my weight didn't budge and neither did my measurements :grumble:

I"m at a loss at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated.

read up on intermittent fasting - it's a plateau-breaking meal plan that results in losing stubborn body fat and inches. try looking up twinmuscleworkout on youtube and look at their IF vids.

How much less? My RMR is around 1400 so is your suggestion to eat close to that?

Reduce your current intake by 10% or so.
