I have made the step to get serious about weight loss.

I do not have many friends on here but am looking for motivating, positive people!

    My recipes are mostly on Indian food so not sure how helpful that will be.

    Add me if you'd like; I have some great workouts and lots of recipes :) But beware....there's always vegetables involved :bigsmile: They're good for you, fill you up and low in calories
