Going over daily goal on protein??

So... I'm curious. Does it really matter that you go over on your daily goals for protein? I can see how obviously calories, and fat would be an issue, Any thoughts?

Not a problem unless you have a medical reason to eat low protein0

I have been going over slightly with sugar and am wondering the same question, is it that serious seen as im under in calories?0

I've been told by several trainers that you should try to achieve you weight in protein consumption daily. For example, if you weight 180lbs you should aim for 180g of protein. I'm sure there are other school of thoughts out there but just thought I'd pass this info along. My DR protein is 60g but I eat a minimum of 100g and I lose about 2lbs/week.0
