hey everyone,
iv been on the site fr nearly three weeks now and its helped me make so many changes. its great bein able to track what i eat (discovered i ate alot of noodles throughout a week lol) not only hav i lost weight which is great but im now drinking lots of water, havent drank nethin fizzy, gradually improvin my fitness and iv even learned to like some vegetables! i use to avoid em like the plague lol but not anymore.
so glad i discovered this its doin wonders for my motivation chattin to u guys too.
so share how much has it helped u and what changes hav u made that u thought u never would
