Meeting the gang

Hi all. I started this "journey" around 210 last Dec. I just started MFP at 195.0 I don't know how much I weigh now but I know its working cause I can see it working and I feel good. Basically for excercise I like walking and going to weight classes at our local gym. I'm a mom of 2: one 3 1/2 year old and one 1 1/2 year old. My goal weight is 145. I am 5.3"

    Em told me about MFP... and I'm so glad she did. It's good to log in my food each day. I know how effective it is to keep a food journal, but I never liked the math of adding calories. Since starting MFP, I see how important it is to exercise daily instead of just two days at the gym. I'm walking every day plus the 2 workouts with a trainer. I am not seeing results... yet...
