Maintaining Your Final Goal

Hello all you success stories out there!

Here are my questions for you:
-Once you've lost down to your final goal, how do you maintain your loss?
-Do you adjust your calorie intake and continue with your exercise regimen?
-Do you keep using MFP to track your foods and exercise?

I know I'm no where near my goal yet... I'm just looking toward the future with curiosity.

    You can adjust your calories by telling MFP you want to maintain. So, to answer your question, I eat more, keep up my exercise regimen and keep logging at least for a while.
