New and looking for motivation & support

I just joined MFP today. I've been doing the Couch 2 5k program for about 3 weeks now and am realizing I need to change my eating habits as well as exercise regularly. I came across my fitness pal while I was researching tips for 5k's. I'm hoping to WALK my 1st 5k this weekend, just to get my feet wet.

    C25K is a great gateway to running! I did it 2 years ago and now I am running 10ks! :)
