I am starting a new job in 2 weeks. The job I have now is completely sedentary so my TDEE is at the lowest level for my height, age, etc. My current calorie goal is set at 1410. On my new job I will be working 4 ten hour shifts and will be on my feet the entire time. A good portion of it will be spent walking.
Should I adjust my calorie goals or enter in the walking as exercise and just eat back my exercise calories? If I adjust my calorie goals will it matter that I'm not as active on the three days a week I'm not working?
Any advise would be appreciated.
