    When people who live within an hour of Seattle don't know how to drive in the rain!! When they post a speed limit of 65 mph on a freeway where the fastest I've ever been able to go is 13mph...
    When they have created on/off ramps in the same lane... forcing people who are trying to slow down to 35 mph to cut in front of people who are trying to speed up to 65 mph.

    and why in the world do people not understand the word MERGE!!? oh! and people who don't understand that the curves on a highway/ freeway were actually designed to be taken at 60mph ... YOU DON'T HAVE TO SLOW DOWN FOR THEM!!

    yeah!! gears grinded big time!

    and people with big bright lights that get really close to you in the dark thinking it will make you go faster when in actuallity it only blinds you more (night blind) making you slow down... back the **** off and I'll gladly speed up or let you pass but as long as your lights are illuminating the inside of my car I can't see crap!!
